Yesterday, the notorious
terrorist known as al-Zarqawi was killed in
a military operation conducted by American
troops. Over last 3 years the US government
has turned the Iraqi society through the war
and occupation to a field for its terrorist
war against political Islam. Tens of
thousands of women, children and innocent
people have lost their lives in this
terrorist war.
The USA government has
created al-Zarqawi and prepared the ground
for him to commit his terrorism. However,
today Mr. Bush declares that the killing of
al-Zarqawi is one of his achievements in
Iraq toward building democracy in this
country.
Undoubtedly, a world
without Zarqawis will be a more secure and
safe world. Therefore, it must be freed of
Zarqawis and all terrorists. However, the
USA administration is the biggest pole of
terrorism not only in Iraq but worldwide as
well. It was this administration, through
its war and occupation that created the best
breeding ground for terrorists and people
like al-Zarqawi.
By killing terrorists
created and nurtured by him, George Bush who
is himself a war criminal cannot deceive
people and make them forget that to free the
Iraqi society of terrorism and make it safer
and more secure the first and foremost step
is to dismiss the occupation forces.
This is the task of
libertarian and secular front in Iraq. The
Iraq Freedom Congress is the alternative,
framework and a tool to achieve this goal.
The masses of people should rally around
this alternative.
