According
to the media sources Judge Rauf Abdurrahman
(who gave orders to execute Saddam Hessian,
Saddam’s step brother Barzan Tikriti and
Awad Bander) has left Iraq and he is
claiming asylum in the UK. In Leaving Iraq
and claiming asylum in the UK Rauf has
emphasised the fact that Iraq does not have
sovereignty, the Iraqi government is not
functioning and the whole country is
unstable and insecure. Which has meant he
and thousands of others have been forced
into leaving Iraq.
As I have said previously the Execution of
Saddam Hussein and his co-defendants is part
of an American scenario, which has been used
as an excuse to cover the occupations
failure in Iraq. The Bush administration is
trying to legitimize the sectarian Iraqi
government that is dominated by Tribal and
Islamic forces
which have similar policies to
Saddam’s regime. Islamic and sectarian
groups who harm and hurt Iraqi people on
daily basis conducted the execution process.
The execution has led to a worsening of the
situation in Iraq and made Saddam a national
hero. The execution process in occupied
Iraq was organised by America and some
political Islamic gangsters, who are
repeating what Saddam’s regime has done to
the Iraqi people for the past thirty-five
years.
The process of the judgment against Saddam
and his co-defendants organised by Judge
Rauf was not conducted in an appropriate
way. The process has not dealt with the
thirty-five years of torture and suffering
of Iraqi people. There are still many
reports relating to the killing of Kurdish
people which have not been investigated, in
fact it has covered up the secret history of
the dictatorship in Iraq.
The fleeing of Judge Rauf to the UK has
proved that the Iraqi government is unable
to protect anyone in Iraq and is not
representing the Iraqi people. Moreover, it
proves that all statements by some European
governments, which claim that Iraq is safe,
are untrue. Significantly, Judge Rauf is
from Kurdistan. The UK Home Office has
argued that Kurdistan is autonomous from the
rest of Iraq and is consequently safe and
stable. Judge Rauf’s claim for asylum shows
this is not true. Judge Rauf has left Iraq
because of the political crisis in Iraq.
Which has lead to him distrusting the
political regime that as a Judge he was once
a part of!
Judge Rauf has the right to claim asylum in
the UK and should be granted permission to
live in the UK.
