IFC Statement on storming the headquarters of IFC in Baghdad by the US forces

The US forces flagrantly provocative raided the IFC headquarter in Baghdad. They arrested a number of its guards and confiscated some important documents.

The growing activities of IFC in the face of the occupation and its crimes and turning into a libertarian hub that gives human beings in Iraq a single identity and unite them under one banner to expel the occupation have created panic in the ranks of the occupation forces, which forced them to storm the headquarter of IFC and destroy the doors and arrest five members of the headquarters guards and confiscate their weapons.

These forces, who allowed blood-shed of Iraqi people, killed and destroyed whatever in their way, unleashed sectarian gangs to butcher thousands of innocents, do not bear any opposition, it would not be able to face the slogans of IFC that are screaming loudly “No to occupation and its crimes”, “we must end the occupation immediately”, “occupation is the enemy of humanity”, “the occupation and its policies are the main cause of the tragedy in Iraq”. .

The launch of IFC satellite TV, the campaign announced by the IFC to reject the Oil Law, the slogans "No Sunni, no Shiite... occupation is the enemy of humanity", the expansion of the global front to support IFC, the growing number of the Safety Force who became an alternative to establish security in many areas.. Undone the occupation forces propriety and pushed again for the third time to storm the IFC headquarters, as they removed IFC banners that were posted in the streets of Baghdad recently.

These practices and actions of the occupation forces cannot discourage IFC and its leaders from carrying out their struggle to rid the Iraqi society from the clutches of the occupation. They want to shatter the revolutionary will of Iraqis, however we stand at the forefront of the struggle against the occupation and its agents, and there is no force can put us down from the path we have chosen to confront the occupation and its abhorrent policies. As we condemn these practices that strongly reveal the hypocrisy of the US administration who is spreading lies about democracy that are in fact mean only the blessing of the occupation and its crimes, at the same time we escalate our struggle to expel the occupation and end its policies, the formation of a secular and non-ethnic government that gives Iraqis one identity.

Let’s unite our ranks in IFC to expel the occupation and building a humane society

Down with the enemies of humanity
