Long Live March 8,

The Day to Fight Gender Inequality

March 8, International Women’s Day, is the day to protest and cry out against women’s subjugation. It is the day that the view of the civilized and egalitarian humanity that women and men must be equal is loudly and clearly expressed.

All over the globe, inequality and subjugation of women are perpetuated by the capitalist system on the daily basis. Not only in Islam-ridden countries, where women are subjected to the grossest and most extreme forms of discrimination and suppression, but also in the most advanced capitalist countries, despite a century of relentless struggle, women are still inferior and all aspects of their lives are shaped by the capitalist system.

More women and girls are illiterate, homeless, refugees, and poor, deprived, starving to death, victims of rape and working as sex workers.

In the most advanced capitalist countries, women are paid less and their share of wealth is lower, while they carry out a larger portion of work in the society.

In Europe and America, women are the most marginalized part of the marginalized communities. Under the policy of multiculturalism and cultural relativism, the lives of migrant women and girls are put at the mercy of backward cultures, where they are deprived of the most basic rights, humiliated and abused.

March 8 is the day to reveal all these facts and cry out to put an end to this barbarism.

Long live March 8, the international day of struggle against inequality and sexual apartheid.
